At our Follow Your Heart ® Natural Foods Market and Vegetarian Restaurant, we've served quite a few salads since first opening for business in Southern California in 1970. Along the way, our customers taught us a lot about what they like in a salad dressing.

We originally began bottling our Fresh and Natural Salad Dressings to make it easy for our customers to take home some of the fresh dressings we serve in our restaurant. One thing led to another, and before we knew it, we were in the dressing business. Since then, our dressings have received numerous Gold Medals in national tasting competitions and have won the hearts and palates of many professional chefs, restaurateurs, and those of us who just enjoy eating a good salad.

In 2004, we added a brand new product line: our Organic Salad Dressings. These new brands are USDA-certified organic by Quality Assurance International and are produced in our manufacturing plant using the finest certified organic ingredients.

Today, we make our award winning dressings just as we have for over a quarter century in our restaurant. We prepare them daily, then keep them constantly refrigerated to maintain the peak of freshness up to the moment you are ready to enjoy them.

Our foods are entirely free of preservatives and artificial additives. Only the finest quality, wholesome, natural ingredients go into our products. Our dressings are all egg free, and we make our own Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce, so all three of our Caesar dressings are anchovy free as well. And they're made in our environment-friendly plant which relies upon solar power... as we say, powered by the sun!
