All orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday depending upon the customer’s selected method of delivery and the time of day the order is received. Orders requesting 2nd Day, 3rd Day or ground delivery received after Wednesday, 11:00AM, PST through the following Monday, are processed and sent on the following Monday.
Because all of our products are all-natural, contain no preservatives and should be kept refrigerated, we ship them in recyclable Airliner® shipping containers packed with refrigeration material. Due to the extra weight of the cold packs and the urgency in which these must be delivered to maintain coldness, our shipping costs may therefore be higher than you expect.
Follow Your Heart currently ships most of our items in insulated, refrigerated cases using DHL Express or UPS delivery (overnight or, in rare cases, two-day delivery).
