Our Nutritional Supplements/Herbs/Health & Beauty section is among the most complete and extensive you will find anywhere. But ever mindful that many these same items can be bought elsewhere, the real difference at Follow Your Heart ® is the expertise of our staff, some of whom have literally decades of experience in the nutrition and health field. Our people are always ready to be of help in any way they can, from simply assisting you to locate a certain item in a virtual sea of bottles, to an in-depth, personal nutritional consultation.

The Grocery Department includes all of your favorite staples, but is constantly updated to bring you the latest, most exciting new products. Our customers (many of whom are vegetarian in varying degrees) appreciate the fact that we carefully screen all the products presented to us, looking for questionable ingredients. Our grocery items, except for some pet foods, are all free of meat and meat byproducts, including any of poultry or fish origin. Additionally, Follow Your Heart ® is one of the most complete sources anywhere for vegetarian specialties, including many meat and dairy replacements.

Others may talk about the quantity of organic produce they sell, but while our Produce Department is small, you will almost always find there the most complete offering of organic items available. We're small enough to buy from local farmers when we can, and go to great lengths to obtain items which simply never make it to the general market place, because there just isn't enough to go around. Our customers benefit from the relationships that we have built up with the suppliers of these often rare and limited produce delicacies.
